Lime, chili, charcoal
A Peruvian story, on the Costa del Sol.
Pachamama is the Andean mother earth. Before a harvest she is given coca, chicha and a little of whatever is going. Generous, but she keeps count.
We are a Peruvian restaurant on the Costa del Sol, between Estepona and Marbella. Ceviche cut to order, charcoal chicken, pisco sours, and a band at the weekend.

Pachamama is not a single thing. She is the pair: what is given and what is owed.
The cold and the fire
Fish cured in lime on one side of the kitchen, the wok and the charcoal on the other.
